We often like to think of ourselves as rational beings, but what does this truly mean? Rationality is defined as a quality of being or in accordance with reason or logic. We frequently use it to justify our actions, explaining our rationale for doing something. As conscious individuals, we have the ability to assess and reason, which is something we can tangibly feel and see. However, we are also very aware that our emotions can easily influence many of our decisions. These two opposing forces coexist within us, deeply influencing each other. It is essential to become more aware of our deep-rooted motivations-baseline-patterns and those of others, as they shape our day-to-day responses. Neuroplasticity plays a critical role in optimizing our evolutionary target; the survival of the species. Our biological makeup is a truly fascinating and beautiful design, allowing each individual to form a unique perspective-cut of reality.

Consequently, the passage of time and perception of reality for each individual will have a different frequency and cadence. By recognizing this, we must also understand that we are driven by sensations and emotions. Embracing this as a key feature of ourselves is crucial.

When we strive to approach all arches of our lives-dealings from our ‘own reality’…
